We are thrilled to announce that planning permission for DJA’s design for this seafront apartment scheme located in Southbourne has been secured. This was a landmark case – not only did @puretownplanning win this case at appeal, but they were also successful in securing an ‘Award of Costs’ against the Council.
Our design transforms a previously underused urban seafront car park by sympathetically responding to the surrounding area, with the overall massing of the building broken down into four distinctive components. The internal layouts have been thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of this stunning location, with the apartments benefiting from uninterrupted panoramic views of the coastline.
