Design for a large retirement scheme comprising 36 apartments, located in Hertfordshire. The design is of a traditional form, to accord with the surrounding architecture, with contemporary detailing. Accommodation has been designed to ensure the layouts are ergonomic and maintain maximum privacy for the occupants. Massing and bulk has been reduced by the use of roof space for the upper floor apartments.
